This site fills the gap between raw government sanctions lists and paid maritime-intelligence products: a free, well-explained, permanently linkable record per vessel.

It is built for compliance analysts, journalists, insurers, port agents, students and anyone arriving from news about a specific tanker.

It compiles the vessel listings published by the United Nations, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, refreshed nightly, and shows Ukraine’s catalogue of vessels of concern alongside them, labelled as what it is: a catalogue, not a legal designation. Where the lists disagree, it shows both. The sources and methodology pages say exactly what is read from each.

It is not affiliated with any government. It restates what the listing authorities publish and does not make findings of its own.
